Getting Started with Flipster.
- Access Flipster from a web browser on your computer or download the free Flipster app for your Android, iOS, or Fire device.
- Select the Get Started button. Enter Clark County Public Library (Ohio) and select Log In button.
- Log in with your 14-digit library card number in Patron ID box.
- Select a cover to borrow a title. For mobile devices, select the Download button.
- Start reading magazines.
