Community Event and Visit Requests

Interested in hosting Clark County Public Library at your event or location? To ensure a successful visit, please review the following information and submit the Community Event/Visit Request Form.

Note: Requests are not automatically approved. Priority is given to submissions made at least 1 month in advance. Others will be approved based on availability. We aim to respond to requests within 3 business days.

Types of Services Available:


30 minutes to 4 hours

  • Book/material checkout
  • Library card signups


15 to 30 minutes

  • Overview of library programs, resources & services
  • Library app or website demonstration


30 minutes to 2 hours

  • Children — toddler/preschool storytime
  • Youth/Teens — booktalk


1 to 4 hours

  • Library information & giveaways
  • Hands-on activity

Combination of Services


  • e.g. Bookmobile + Table

Important Reminders:

  Requests submitted at least 1 month prior to the requested visit date will receive priority.

•   Ensure accurate contact information for prompt communication.

•   Provide as much detail as possible to help us tailor our services to your event/visit.

Additional Details:

Bookmobile Specs: (2) Sprinter models [each 24.5' long], (1) StepVan model [29.5' long]

•   Table Specs: (1-2) 6’ tables (+ 10’ canopy, if outdoors)
