Yes, the Clark County Public Library App allows library patrons to instantly access their library card wherever they are. The app allows patrons to manage their account, search the catalog and request materials for pickup, pay fees, and allows patrons to check out library materials if they do not have their library card with them.

Freegal Music is a free music service provided by your library. Freegal offers access to about 15 million songs, including Sony Music’s catalog of legendary artists, and over 40,000 music videos. In total, the collection is comprised of music from over 40,000 labels with music that originates in over 100 countries. There is no software to download, and there are no digital rights management (DRM) restrictions.
With your library card, you can stream Freegal Music up to three hours per day and download three songs per week.

Go to your device’s app store and download the free Hoopla Digital app. Tap Sign Up.
Enter Clark County Public Library in the search box.
Enter your email address and create and confirm a password. Finally, enter your library card number (2740000*******) and select Sign Up.
Browse by format or select the magnifying glass icon to search for a specific title in the collection. To borrow a title, tap on the title and then select the Borrow button.
Select Play/Read button to open the title on your mobile device.
