Katie's role as Patron Advocate is all about connecting you with support and resources, including:
- Meeting Basic Needs
Assistance in finding food, clothing, and shelter. - Applying for Benefits
Guidance for applying to programs like Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security (SSI/SSD), SNAP (food stamps), HEAP/PIPP, and more. - Scheduling Appointments
Help in scheduling medical and mental health appointments. - Community Resources
Information about and referrals to local organizations and services. - Mental Health Crisis Support
Assistance during mental health crises and connections to emergency services. - Mental Health Resources
Information about mental health and available resources.
How It Works
Katie works one-on-one with patrons to tailor support to your unique needs. Whether you need help filling out paperwork, understanding your options, or if you would just like someone to talk to, our Advocate is here to guide you every step of the way.

Katie is available 12:00 - 8:00 P.M., Monday - Thursday, and 9:00 - 5:00 P.M. on Fridays.
