With hoopla Flex you will find new and popular books that you can borrow now or place on hold to read later. Unlike the 15 hoopla Instant Borrows you receive each month, hoopla Flex Borrows don’t have any monthly expirations. Each hoopla Flex title you borrow is available for 21 days and if you ever run out of hoopla Flex borrows, you can always return a checked out Flex item and borrow another title.

The Library staff can not change your Hoopla password. If you need assistance in resetting your password, click the Don't remember your password? link on the login page of Hoopla and they will send you a temporary password so you can reset it.

All Instant Borrows on hoopla are available for any patron who has checkouts remaining. There is never a hold list for any Instant Borrow titles!

Unlike Instant Borrows, only one patron may borrow a Flex Borrow at a time. If a copy is currently borrowed by another patron, it cannot be borrowed again until it is returned. If all copies of a Flex Borrow are out, the words "Wait List" will be displayed above the title artwork. You can place a hold on the title and will be put on the Wait List until it becomes available to you.
