| Note: Requests are not automatically approved. Priority is given to submissions made at least 1 month in advance. Others will be approved based on availability. We aim to respond to requests within 3 business days. |
Important Reminders:
• Requests submitted at least 1 month prior to the requested visit date will receive priority.
• Ensure accurate contact information for prompt communication.
• Provide as much detail as possible to help us tailor our services to your event/visit.
Additional Details:
• Bookmobile Specs: (2) Sprinter models [each 24.5' long], (1) StepVan model [29.5' long]
• Table Specs: (1-2) 6’ tables (+ 10’ canopy, if outdoors)
